Scheduling appts, being consistent with specific doc. things change I know, but with doctors patients prefer consistency.

  • Sep 16, 2019

Communicate better. Overall, she tried her best but she keep reiterating that she didn't know what was going on. She did refer me to another doctor. Overall, it bothered me that she was typing so much and had the nerve to say I was talking faster than she could type. In the future, I will NOT be going to her. At the end, she left my personal paperwork from another doctor on the check-out desk. I'm sure she is a good doctor to some other patients, but my experience was not pleasant at all.
